On 28 June, the completed organ was unveiled to the public at the Westerkerk in Enkhuizen. Theo Jellema, who was involved in this project as a consultant, played the organ for this special occasion. Now that the final phase (RW) of this project has been completed, the organ is finished. Verschueren Orgelbouw would like to congratulate and extend its special thanks to everyone who made the realisation of this exceptional project possible. The project page will also be updated shortly with, amongst other things, new photographs.
The De Rijckere organ in St Augustine’s Church in Middelburg has been completed with the installation of the new sculptures on the organ. This marks the completion of this project.
The restoration of the Wander Beekes organ in the Old Church in Naaldwijk is almost complete. Following a thorough restoration (including the action and wind supply), this organ sounds as good as new. We would like to thank the curch wardens and organ committee for their trust and look forward to the various concerts over the weekend of 6 and 7 July. We will soon be creating a new project page dedicated to this organ and project.
