At the moment Verschueren Orgelbouw employs 11 people. Our colleagues are educated in our own workshop but have often already studied woodworking, mechanical engineering, musical performance or musicology. We place great value on special skills, bespoke craftsmanship, teamwork, motivation and transfer of knowledge.

Although we practice a craft and produce a ‘traditional’ product, we have a contemporary view of business structure, production processes and labour relations. Our company is recognised as an official apprenticeship provider by the SBB. In this way, we invest in the future of young talent on the one hand and, on the other, in the conserving and transferring of knowledge and of the craft.
